Kool Aid fun

Our yummy wool looks good enough to eat
And this is how we made it!
1st dying the berry blue
Then the lemon lime
Then the lemonade
My beautiful assistant Maddi
The wool after a rinse just having a couple of minutes in the microwave to make sure it is set-lol

I received a lovely little envelope of koolaid from buttonbrite on ravelry as a random act of kindness, so I thought I better show my appreciation and FORCE myself to have fun dying wool-LOL

Hi Samm,
I would Be SOO grateful if you could send me some. I was gifted the couple of sachets I used for this and I have 200 grams of the same wool left that I really want to dye to match so Logan can have some funny longies dyed and knit by mummy-lol.
My email is keith.ireson@bigpond.com.su if you want to contact me privately.
Kindest regards, Mel

What wonderful results!! You did the koolaid fairy proud!! And what a lovely assistant. I don't know which is prettier, the assistant or the wool...hummm...well, both are just beautiful creations! You should be very proud :)

Thanks Robbie, I definitely enjoyed making the wool pretty, but spending the time together with my lovely little helper makes it even better. She was very proud of our results( and liked that the boys had zero interest-LOL) and I look forward to more fun in the future.
Thankyou once again, Mel
